Any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data or information.
SKPM indicates the purpose of collection, while collecting any personal information and obtains consent of the provider of information. Provider of information is given an option to not provide the information. Provider of information also has the option to withdraw his / her consent given earlier. SKPM may, however, choose to not provide any services / products for which information was necessary.
The registration form used for accessing the SKPM website and its interactive applications requires users to give us contact details such as (name, email address and communication details). This information is being used to send information and promotional material to registered users about our company and new applications to be launched on our website.
SKPM assures you that in the event your personal information being shared by the company with its subsidiaries, business associates, etc., such sharing will be for the purpose of doing intended business with you.
