Born in 1974 in Kangasiya, Nagaur, Rajasthan, Mr. Dalip Singh Rathore is the founder of Shri Karni Group and Executive Chairman of the board of Directors.

He initiated Shri Karni integration journey- from Transportation to Logistics and further onto Cash Logistics and Security Services. Being a man of integrity, sharp business values, efficient administrative manoeuvre, and coherent leadership skills, Mr. Dalip Singh Rathore has been the backbone behind the success of the Group.

In the late nineties Mr. Rathore started his career as a Store Manager, where he was in charge of managing the supply chain and inventory of the store. He gained experience of supply chain and Door-to-Door solutions in his early age. Read More..

Towards the end of 1995, Mr. Rathore Joined a Logistics Company, Where he studied and experienced more about the transportation and supply chain at a high level before involving into the business. After seven years of experience and hard work he Started “SHRI KARNI AIR COURIER & CARGO”, which began operations in 2001 to serve the Banking Sector. The company has since grown into a National enterprise that serves more than 1600 delivery destinations in the region.

That’s just the starting in 2012; he started working towards the Logistics sector and started “SHRI KARNI LOGITICS SOLUTIONS” which started serving the Electronics Sector of the nation. Through high supply chain and transportation network the company gained recognition in no time. Mr. Rathore has transformed the Logistics and Courier sector of India into one of the most growing industries in the country. He excelled in the art of integration and through it; he has given the market an ultra-modern manifestation of infrastructure and a door-to-door solution.

Mr. Dalip Singh Rathore made everything seems very easy with his dedication and hard work, having 30 years of rich experience in the courier and logistics industry. He has regulated the working of the company in the most systematic way which has further added to the overall efficacy of the company.

Mr. Shakti Singh is holding the position of Director in Shri Karni Packers and Movers Ltd. He started his career in the company as an HHG & Logistical head in our company. With his experience and Knowledge towards job, he has been given responsibility to handle Logistical Operations. Mr. Shakti possesses very strong selling skills along with a very pleasing personality, which leaves no scope for our clients to shift their loyalties to any other organization. He is a person who understands his responsibilities very well and always remain ready to incorporate his hard work, expertise and vision for the continuous growth and success of company.

Mr. Akash Jain

Director

Mr. Akash Jain, a CA and financial advisor, has over 10 years of expertise in the corporate sector and has worked for numerous reputable companies. He serves on the company's Board of Directors as a Whole-time Director, designated as Director, SKPM. His overall responsibility includes the Accounting and Marketing Business, as well as other corporate areas of the organization such as Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Research & Technology, and Capital Projects Execution.
