  • Information is collected for lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of SKPM or any person on its behalf.
  • The collection of personal information is considered necessary for that purpose.

Any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data or information.

SKPM indicates the purpose of collection, while collecting any personal information and obtains consent of the provider of information. Provider of information is given an option to not provide the information. Provider of information also has the option to withdraw his / her consent given earlier. SKPM may, however, choose to not provide any services / products for which information was necessary.

The registration form used for accessing the SKPM website and its interactive applications requires users to give us contact details such as (name, email address and communication details). This information is being used to send information and promotional material to registered users about our company and new applications to be launched on our website.

SKPM assures you that in the event your personal information being shared by the company with its subsidiaries, business associates, etc., such sharing will be for the purpose of doing intended business with you. You hereby grant your consent to SKPM to share such information with its subsidiaries, business associates, etc.

SKPM has also adopted reasonable security practices and procedures that contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control that are commensurate with the information assets being protected.

SKPM and any of the aforementioned parties may, however, be obligated and are entitled to disclose information and data registered or provided to us with Government agencies mandated under the law, in compliance with applicable law, court or arbitration orders, judgments awards or other legal processes served, or in compliance with requests by any entitled authority, body or person or to protect the interests, rights, property of SKPM, our users or others.

SKPM or any person on its behalf may transfer personal data or information to any other body corporate or other trusted third parties in India, or located in any other country, so that they may process personal information on our behalf for the purpose for which information is shared. SKPM will transfer personal data to only those body corporates or trusted parties who have measures in place for compliance with “The Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules 2011”
